This was a super busy day for me so I only have time for resistance training & 1 Circuit unfortunately. 😦

Resistance Training : Hamstrings & Abs

•Deadlift with Barbell 4×12
•Deadlift Romanian 4×12
•Leg Curl 4×12
•Walking Lunges 4×20
• 1 Leg Hamstring Curl on Stability Ball 4×15
•Obliques on Cable 3×12
•Plank on Elbows and Toes on Bosu Ball (4 mins total)
•Hanging Leg Raises 3×12 ( hang from bar)
•Cable Crunches 4×20

Circuit :
3 rounds for time of:
Run 1000 meters ( .60 miles )
50 Crossfit Sit-ups
Run 1000 meters
50 Push-ups
